New phone
On your old phone, create a recovery code under Me and enter it on the new phone when you start the app. If the old phone is gone, simply rejoin the home with a new invite link. Your earlier completions will not be linked to you then.
Restore purchase
The unlock (€7.99, paid once) belongs to the home. Every member has it automatically. If it is missing anyway, tap “Restore purchases” on the unlock screen, using the Apple or Google account that made the purchase.
No reminders
Check in your phone settings that notifications are allowed for Dransein, and in the app check your quiet hours and the reminder profile of the task.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple or Google. Request a refund there: for Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google in your Play account under order history.
